Intel und Genentech stellen sich hinter Apple
In Apples Kreuzzug gegen die Gerüchteseiten gibts jetzt laut Bloomberg industrielle Unterstützung: "Intel and Genentech filed papers in state court in San Jose, Calif., supporting a ruling permitting Apple to subpoena two online news sites and an e-mail service provider.[...] "Intel strongly supports First Amendment rights, and we do not doubt that the news media have an interest in protecting their sources," Mr. Mulloy said. "However, we believe that no public interest is served in having trade secrets involving unannounced products stolen and published broadly."
